Yes. We sign an NDA before you share anything detailed, and every team member is under a confidentiality and IP agreement. We never disclose your idea, and if a substantially similar idea comes in later while your exclusivity is active, we decline it.
Your idea is always yours. The POC code is Datakraft's until you buy it — the buyout price is quoted in your scope document before you pay anything, so there are no surprises. Buying the code transfers full ownership and activates category exclusivity.
One thing: the deadline. If we don't deliver the POC defined in your signed scope's acceptance checklist within 4 weeks of the agreement date, you get a full refund. Scope changes you request extend the timeline by an agreed amount, stated in writing when you request them.
One minor change is included free. Anything bigger gets a written mini-quote — extra days and cost — before we touch it, so the deadline guarantee always stays meaningful. Major pivots usually belong in the MVP phase, and we'll say so honestly.
